Joy & Surrender ✨🙏🏼✨This weekend had a much needed moment with my sister of laughs & fun . After Mum passing it's been a F**king roller coaster … a purge of anger , love, compassion, control, all coming at me at a rate of a 🌪& I honor ALL emotion, this is not a pity post ! I hit a wall a few weeks ago . And my body physically gave in , I Surrendered emotional and physically … I just gave over to the "trying to control" making it ok ,trying to understand death, all these questions that still are evolving and answering . Most Im ok with being unanswered ( at times 🙃) And yes it's time , be kind to myself all of that . Staying in my essence and fully existing & being is ultimate for me and that is ForSure what Mum would have wanted 🙏🏼Love to you all & to those who have lost I give you extra cuddles & ♥️ Life is so precious. Say it Do it Live it . 😘 Blessings ♥️
