Feeling incredibly blessed and thankful that I will be walking the Miss USA stage in 28 days. To know that I will be not only representing the Nations Capital but also the small 1% of the american population currently serving in our armed forces is mind boggling. I am ready to break the stereotype for female soldiers and bust through the pageantry glass ceiling that has been laid over the heads of this industry.
